Products

What are the BumpyPhotos made of?

The relief scuptures are made of a hard resin composite in full 24-bit color with a matte varnish. The colors are not painted on but are actually part of the make-up of a thick color outer layer of the model. Due the to the manufacturing process, the surface is slightly rough to the touch (sugar-coated) and some layering can be visible. Please avoid dropping, banging, wetting or direct sunlight.

Are your products suitable for children?

Our products are not suitable for children and are collector items intended for adults. Some products may contain small parts not intended for children and can be a choking hazard.

What is your return policy?

Please find all the relevant details order policy page.

Do you do bulk orders?

If you'd like to order many duplicates (100 to thousands) of the same BumpyPhoto relief, we can use a different manufacturing process to cut the production cost of each relief to tens of USD each. Note that there is setup tooling costs starting at $USD 1000 or so and production takes several weeks. Please contact us for a quote.

How Big can you make them?

We can make them as big as needed. For this, we make them in tiles and fix them together. Please refer to Size dropdown box on our product pages for an idea of the cost versus size ratio, then please contact us for a quote.

Why are some of these premium-priced products?

Most items, such as sculptures and decorative objects, available in stores are mass-produced, enabling substantial cost savings. The initial design and engineering costs are amortized over time and quantity. For example, a single set of molds (costing thousands itself) produces thousands of identical items quickly and cheaply.

On the other hand, each of our products are unique and made-to-order. Manufacturing a single item can take up to several days of labour. Finally, the materials used by the custom manufacturing process are expensive.
